Meet the Expanded ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ Executive Team

Founder and CEO Ryan Caldwell announced an expanded leadership team as part of ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµâ€™s commitment to iterative innovation and acting fast to do what’s right for ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ and our clients. We’ve added new and familiar faces to bolster ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµâ€™s sales, partnerships, client success, product, and strategy functions, including:

  • Crystal Anderson has been promoted to Chief of Staff and Vice President of Operations. She was previously Vice President of Product at ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ where she was responsible for delivering on the strategic direction for ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµâ€™s product portfolio. Prior to joining ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ, she was Vice President of Financial Services at H&R Block, responsible for the growth and day-to-day operations of a $490M financial services portfolio. She has 20 years experience in digital and financial product management including 16 years at H&R Block. She is a founder and Board member of the Daryl Cronk DASH foundation and chair of ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµâ€™s Women’s Initiatives Network.
  • James Dotter has been named Chief Business Officer, responsible for driving revenue growth and leading revenue operations and strategic initiatives. James has a proven track record in this role and is uniquely qualified to bring steadiness and leadership to the revenue organization. James initially joined ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer and later became the Chief Business Officer focused on operations, sales, and finance prior to leaving the company in 2022. James is a member of the ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ Board of Directors. 
  • Don Parker has been named Executive Vice President, Partnerships, responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships and alliances. Don joined ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ in 2011 where he spent the subsequent 11 years building key relationships and partnerships we still have today. Don served as director of the Association for Financial Technology (AFT) and is a founding member of the National Fintech Organization (NFO).
  • Nate Gardner has been named Chief Experience Officer, responsible for driving an experience-centered organization. He will work closely with the client success and people organizations to build a world-class experience for our clients, partners, and team members. Nate spent more than 10 years as our Chief Customer Officer. 
  • Wes Hummel was named Chief Product and Technology Officer earlier this year and is responsible for driving innovation and leading our engineering teams as they deliver world-class solutions to our clients and customers. Wes is a customer-centric leader with more than 25 years of experience building and leading global engineering teams. Prior to joining ÂÜÀòÊÓÆµ, Wes spent 14 years at PayPal where he was responsible for the company’s infrastructure and operations vision and strategic direction.
