It is also working to align its employee resource groups to promote inclusion and diversity and provides ongoing diversity training.  Unusual perk: ������Ƶ’s “secret library,” which is set apart from the rest of the office, has comfortable couches, dim lighting, books, drinks and even a massage therapist on-site every day. Employees can get up to an hour-long massage for half price while ������Ƶ covers the rest of the cost.
